Leaked Details on PS5 Cyberpunk 2077

The new details on the upcoming PS5 version of the game went online. The new version was found on the backend database of PlayStation. Players believe that the PS5 version of Cyberpunk 2077 is on its way.

Although the game was released back in 2020, PS5 players continue to wait for good news from developers. For now, it is just a rumor spread by the PlayStation Game Size page on Twitter, we do trust this source, feeding us with trustable leaks about PS. The news appeared right after players found the new art on the store database of PlayStation. According to the same source, the game may appear in the middle of February or at the beginning of March.

This date matches with the CD Projekt Red’s release window. The company shared similar information on the updates back in October 2021. Yet, it does not match with the classic strategy of the company we’ve used to see. The problem is that Horizon Forbidden West and Elden Ring, the most awaited games in a similar genre, are coming somewhere near the date. It is highly unlikely that Cyberpunk 2077 can handle the competition of two massive projects. Who could beat George R. R. Martin's participation in Elden Ring scriptwriting? Maybe it can be smashed only by over 40 types of robots represented in Horizon Forbidden West.

Yet, Cyberpunk 2077 still has all the chances to be positively accepted by the audience, with the ability to upgrade the version to the next-gen edition without extra charge. Even reviews for the game on Steam were recently generous, improving the rate to Very Positive. The game became one of the leading top-sellers on the platform. The game still recovers from an awful launch. Yet, CD Projekt continues to quickly restore its reputation.
