Microsoft Adds More FPS Image

Fps value for some Xbox games will get a major boost. Let’s see which ones

Microsoft announced that 13 games available through EA Play will be visually pumped up. It’s possible thanks to the Fps Boost feature available on Xbox Series X and S. (It debuted back in February).

Previously, all of these games were available with the value of the 60 fps. And you could play them on Xbox One/One X. But the Fps Boost know-how allows to double the existing frame-rare.

It means that you can go nuts against the imperial forces or discharge your XO-16 Chaingun while piloting an Assault Titan and all that will be at the 120 fps! Sounds like a jaw-dropping deal.

The games that got these “visual steroids” include:

  • Battlefield V.
  • Titanfall 2.
  • Mirror’s Edge.
  • Unravel Two.
  • Plants vs. Zombies.

And others. See the full list here.

The only game that isn’t getting the mythic 120 fps is The Sea of Solitude. This is because its initial frame-rate is just 30 fps. But for an old game getting such a sharp face-life — it’s still a good deal.

You can enjoy these titles if you’re subscribed to the Game Pass Ultimate: no extra fees. If you don’t see any difference in a game’s graphics, you probably need to activate the Fps Boost.
